Injection molding machines with robot
- We have 28 injection molding machines equipped with robots. The robot can quickly pick up parts, usually taking only 1-2 seconds to complete the picking action, while manual picking takes 3-5 seconds. In addition, the robot will not get tired and can work 24 hours a day, further improving production efficiency. The robot picking process is more stable and precise, avoiding problems such as product scratches and contamination that may be caused by manual picking, ensuring the high quality of the product.
